Please review the terms below regarding product replacement, warranty coverage, and repair services.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Replacement Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer a <strong>10-day replacement guarantee<\/strong> for the following products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Air Purifiers<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Air Pollution Monitors<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conditions for Replacement:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Replacement requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery for air purifiers and air pollution monitors. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacement is only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or external factors.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Smart Air Bangladesh does not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing product issues through replacement, repair, or maintenance, as outlined in our warranty policy.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Warranty &amp; Repair Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Smart Air Bangladesh offers a 1-year service warranty on air purifiers and air pollution monitors. Please note that warranty terms may vary depending on the product category, as outlined below:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Air Purifiers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Warranty Duration:<\/strong> 1 Year<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coverage:<\/strong> Includes repair of broken or malfunctioning units.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cost Coverage:<\/strong> Includes spare parts and labor. Transportation costs are not included.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exclusions: <\/strong>The warranty does not cover:<br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damage due to negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or power surges<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical damage (e.g., dropping of product)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper use that does not follow the product&#8217;s instructions<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that have been tampered with or modified in any way<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> Air Pollution Monitors<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Warranty Duration:<\/strong> 1 Year<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coverage:<\/strong> Diagnostic support only (software and hardware diagnosis).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cost Coverage<\/strong>: All repair costs, replacement parts, and servicing beyond the warranty scope are chargeable to the customer. However, they may be sent to the original manufacturer (located outside Bangladesh) for repair.
