The Dylos DC1100 Pro Air Quality Monitor  is what I use to test whether the filters work. It gives readings of the number of particles 2.5 micrometers and above, as well as .5 micrometers and above per .01 cubic foot. They’re available through Amazon for $261.

    1. Hey Paul, just like nearly every particle counter available today, the Dylos measures particle count using a laser. This is a different from the method the big ‘Beta Attenuation Monitors’ most governments use to measure PM2.5. So it’s not possible to directly measure PM2.5 with the Dylos.
