As filters are consumable items, we only offer a 30 day warranty. After this, we’re unable to tell if issues that arise are caused by manufacturer defects or due to their usage environment.
Discontinued Item Returned – If the item you returned is discontinued and is no longer available, we will automatically replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured. If nothing is available, we will notify you to discuss the next steps.
Smart Air does not offer any warranty outside of the Smart Air regions with local partners or distributors. If you are outside these regions, and purchased your item through the Smart Air international shop we do not offer a warranty.
Hearing this sucks. However shipping the item back to our factory, then shipping back to our end user, and adding on import taxes typically ends up being more expensive than the item itself.
Unauthorized dealer list and warning
A note about unauthorized dealers on e-commerce platforms: Many resellers who sell through online e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Lazadaa, Taobao are not authorized partners of Smart Air products. When purchasing a Smart Air product, it is important to note who the product is being “sold by”, which should be clearly stated on the product’s page. To ensure the seller is an authorized Smart Air partner, locate the seller through our Partners and Distributors List before your purchase.
