Local and Regional Warranty
If you purchased your Smart Air product from a regional seller or shop, then your product is covered by one of the following warranties when used within that region:

If you purchased your product from the Smart Air international shop, or took your product with you when you moved countries, then the ‘International Shop Warranty’ below applies to you.
International Shop Warranty
Smart Air does not offer any warranty outside of the Smart Air regions with local partners or distributors. If you are outside these regions, and purchased your item through the Smart Air international shop we do not offer a warranty.
Hearing this sucks. However shipping the item back to our factory, then shipping back to our end user, and adding on import taxes typically ends up being more expensive than the item itself. Some options you have in this situation:
- Ship the item back to the country where you purchased it. If you do this, the local warranty rules will apply. As noted above, however, this is costly and probably not viable. You would be responsible for the shipping costs to and from the country where you purchased it.
- In some limited cases, we may have spare parts available that may allow you to fix your purifier. Contact us to find out more. Note that if you choose to replace or fix the unit yourself, you agree to do so at your own risk, and Smart Air does not accept any responsibility in case of damages.
Unauthorized sellers warning
Warranty on Smart Air purifiers is only valid on purchases made with authorised Smart Air resellers. Find the full list of authorised Smart Air sellers in your country on our Authorised Sellers page.
Some sellers may be selling unauthorised Smart Air products via e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Lazadaa, and Taobao. We cannot honor any warranty on purchases from unauthorised sellers, and cannot guarantee their quality and effectiveness.
To check if a seller is an authorized Smart Air reseller, locate the seller through our Partners and Distributors List before your purchase. If you do not find the seller in our list, then they are not authorised to sell Smart Air products.
Discontinued Items
Any item you return to us under the warranties above that is discontinued by Smart Air will be replaced with a comparable model of your product.
