We launched the Smart Air Clean Air Inside to promote healthier indoor environments by ensuring spaces meet WHO-recommended air quality standards. By using Smart Air purifiers and real-time air monitoring, businesses can create cleaner, safer spaces for employees and customers. This initiative not only enhances well-being but also supports ESG environmental and employee care goals.

Challenges of Indoor Air Quality in Furniture Stores

The constant flow of customers opening the door causes indoor air quality to resemble Beijing’s notoriously high pollution levels. With PM2.5 concentrations often ranging between 100-300 µg/m³, the need for an effective air purification system is undeniable. Clean air isn’t just a matter of comfort, it’s essential for employees’ and customers’ health.

Smart Air’s Solution: Installing Purifiers for Healthier Air at Mumo

In January 2025, we installed Smart Air purifiers in Mumo’s Beijing showroom (200-300 sqm, multi-level warehouse space) to reduce PM2.5 and VOCs. Specifically, We installed one Blast Mini, five Sqair units, three SA600 units, two QT3 units, and one air quality monitor to ensure comprehensive air purification. A dashboard monitoring system was set up to track real-time air quality, displayed on an in-store TV. Our team also committed to filter maintenance every 3-6 months to keep performance at its best.
