Smart Air is available locally in over 15 regions around the world. See our Smart Air Retailers page to find out if we have a local partner in your region. Otherwise, we can offer international shipping from our global shop, however please make sure to read the following information carefully.
International shipping fees
We ship our purifiers across the world for an additional fee. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and added to your cart on checkout for most regions. Otherwise, we’ll work out the shipping costs for you and send you a follow up email outlining how to pay them.
Import Taxes & Customs Fees
As your order will be shipping internationally, it may be subject to import taxes and customs fees when it reaches your country. You will need to pay these fees to your local tax office yourself, and Smart Air does not cover these fees. If you do not pay the fees, there is a possibility your order may be returned to us without it ever passing getting through customs. In this situation, we’ll be unable to ship the item back to you.
Please note: Smart Air is committed to honest practices. We do not change the order amount on the invoice to avoid import taxes.
International Warranty
We unfortunately do not offer warranty on orders shipped internationally. For more information on this, see the ‘International Warranty’ section on the warranty page.
International Shipment Insurance
International shipments are covered in the case of lost goods during shipment, but not for damaged goods.
