Can I wash a dirty HEPA/EPA filter?
Unfortunately not. We ran experiments to test this and found that washing HEPA/EPA filters does not prolong their lifespan. In fact, washing HEPA/EPA filters with water actually decreases performance. That’s why we recommend you replace your HEPA/EPA filter after the maximum hours of use.
How often should I change filter?
We recommend changing the filter after 1000 hours of use.
Can I use DIY air purifier without the carbon filter?
Yes. You can remove the activated carbon filter or choose not to replace it if you only want HEAP/ EPA filtration.
