WARRANTY — SMART AIR PURIFIERS
Your Smart air purifier is warranted from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, for the term stated for your model. The warranty covers the BLDC motor, control board, sensors and electronics. It is valid against the original invoice; retain it for any claim.
Warranty term: 1 years on the Sqair, SA600, Blast & Blast Mini
Filters are consumables and are not covered. The pre-filter, True HEPA and activated carbon are replaced as part of normal use, at the filter life stated for your model and depending on operating conditions.
Not covered: physical or liquid damage, unauthorised repair or modification, damage from power fluctuation, cosmetic wear, and use outside the rated conditions.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS & NON-COVERED CONDITIONS
EXCLUSIONS
The following conditions shall render the product warranty VOID and the Company shall not be liable for repair, replacement, or any consequential loss arising there from:
4.1 PHYSICAL DAMAGE — NOT COVERED
- Accidental drops, impact, dents, cracks, or breakage to the product casing or internal components.
- Damage caused by liquid ingress, flooding, spillage, or moisture/humidity exposure beyond rated specifications.
- Burns, scratches, or discolouration caused by external heat sources or chemical exposure.
- Any tampering, unauthorised repair, or modification by non-authorised personnel.
- Damage occurring during transit after delivery to the Customer.
4.2 ELECTRICAL / VOLTAGE DAMAGE — NOT COVERED
- •Damage caused by HIGH VOLTAGE >240V surges, power spikes, lightning strikes, or static electricity.
- •Damage caused by LOW VOLTAGE <220V conditions, brownouts, or prolonged under-voltage operation.
- •Failure resulting from use of non-standard, damaged, or incompatible power adapters or extension cords.
- •Damage to internal PCBs or motor/fan modules due to fluctuating mains supply.
★ NOTE:The Company strongly recommends using a suitable UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) or surge protector with all Smart Air products. Electrical damage caused by voltage irregularities is NOT covered under warranty.
4.3 OTHER GENERAL EXCLUSIONS
- •Normal wear and tear of components over time.
- •HEPA filters, pre-filters and activated carbon filters, are consumable items and are NOT covered under warranty. Replacement intervals are specified in the product manual.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, discolouration) that does not affect product functionality.
- Products with removed, defaced, or tampered serial number labels or warranty seals.
- Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or operation outside the conditions specified in the product manual.
