I’m really liking my Smartair purifier today! I’m in Beijing. The air’s been horrible all day. Just stuck my pm2.5 meter out the window to get the latest. 310! Not quite an Airpocalypse but that’s nasty. In my bedroom however with my Sqair going strong the meter is ranging between 4 and 17. Yeah! It’s so nice to have a filter that works so well and looks so cool and all without having a lot of useless bells and whistles jacking up the price.

Bought one Sqair for our bedroom…..Ordered another one for the livingroom whilst getting more filters…Looks good and cleans the air, love it!
Only downer was it was a little dirty out of the box but nothing that wouldn´t come off with a cloth and water.

Overall it works very well. It looks good, is easy to assembly, easy to use (only 4 settings including “off”), and is easy to take apart. I usually run it on level 2/3 and it has replaced my noise machine in my room (which I had used when sleeping before getting the Sqair.

Its amazing the amount of data these people have put out on their blogs and on their website. If you understand that an air purifier does not need to be complicated and is an extremely simple device, you will see no reason to spend any more money on any other brand. All Their data is verified by 3rd party labs btw, no joke. The other companies might be good also, but this is hands down the most bang for buck, Sexiest looking air purifier. Build quality is great for the money and this thing is built to last. I don’t want bells and whistles, fancy leds, just an air purifier that works. This one does the job and does it quieter than the competition.

An excellent product that is focussed on its primary job: cleaning the air. The heart of any air purifier is its filter and in this they have their own product that is actually right out there with the best. Design is minimal and utilitarian which means they can keep the pricing real low. What more does it need? Obviously everyone wants a purifier to also be a sensor (separate creatures these but a consumer wants everything right?) and tell you if the air is pure enough or not. I presume they can add this to the purifier and bump up the price by a reasonable amount. The second of course is to check on the health of the air filter and nudge you to replace it. In my view, the second is more important than the first. Most happy and satisfied. Plan to add one to every room in my house.

The Sqair is a tricky product to review – it claims to be basic, no frills air purifier and it does that job very well. In addition, the design is very elegant and it’s easy to work it into your interiors. Replacement filters are simple and cheaper than competition, customer support is friendly and prompt, and no complaints really, overall.
There are other options in the market that come with inbuilt AQI sensors, wifi control etc, but they also have concerns re: proprietary (and somewhat expensive) replacement filters, their availability etc, although one can see that the feedback provided by an AQI sensor would be desirable from a reassurance point of view. However, this remains an excellent “low-tech” option with no setup/app/wifi hassles, and it holds up against competition in that niche quite well, from both a price and a performance standpoint.

Excellent and Elegant purifier. I have a Philips one as well, but the Sqair is better- cleans air faster and looks good too.
Its unfortunate that we need an air purifier – because Delhi air is killing us – but till that time and if you can afford it- I think its the best solution in town.

I have purchased Sqair filter before Diwali, and I have been using Spair from then onwards. I was very happy and compared its use agaionst Mi air purifier, and I have to say that Sqair air felt cleaner faster.
