How can I return a product ordered from Smart Air Filters Pvt Ltd?
To return a product purchased on smartairfilters.com/in, just tell us the reason for your return in an email to email@example.com or call us at 011-4177-5276 or 95990-97907. We will refund the entire cost of the returned item, less applicable bank charges of 2.5%.
How many days do I have to return the product?
You can return any product bought from Smart Air Filters Pvt Ltd before the product is opened and used. This should be done within 7 days from date of invoicing. Return shipping has to be borne by the customer. If you have used your air purifier or pollution mask, it is not acceptable for return. If you would like to upgrade/exchange your purifier for another model, please get in touch and we can figure out a solution. If you have a problem with your Laser Egg or Node, please get in touch and we will provide a solution.
How and when will I get my refund?
We will initiate the refund process once we receive the returned items. The refund will be made to the same payment option originally used to pay for the order. In some certain circumstances, we can issue a refund via bank transfer or cheque.
What do I do in case I want to cancel my order before the shipment reaches me?
Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details along with the reason for cancellation. We will coordinate with the courier to return the item and we will initiate the refund process once we receive your cancelled item. The refund will be made to the same payment option originally used to pay for the order.
Cancellations and Returns
