Donor terms and conditions
- At least 2 x social media postings on both Twitter and Facebook (can be the same posting on both) with the donation news and tagging @smartairUK & the recipient
- Permission to use the donor's name for Smart Air UK marketing campaigns for a period of 12 months from the donation date
- A testimonial on the donated product for Smart Air UK marketing use
- The donation of the air purifier will bear the name of the donor on the side, and brand colour if chosen. The donor will be there on arrival and take photos for use on social media and will have full rights to promote this donation for a period of 12 months
Recipient terms and conditions
- At least 3 x social media postings on both Twitter and Facebook (can be the same posting on both) with the purifier/monitor in the background and tagging @smartairUK and linking to the donor's site mentioning that these are donations (this way, it is clear you are not endorsing the brand, just receiving a donation)
- Permission to use the recipient's name for Smart Air UK & donor marketing campaigns for a period of 12 months from the donation date
- A testimonial on the donated product for Smart Air UK (& donor if they so wish) for marketing use
- A mention in any newsletters distributed by you to include a link to our website and the donor's (we would be happy to offer a discount if readers wish to purchase for themselves)
- Once all of this has been done, we will send a formal notice transferring ownership to you but until such time, the air purifiers remain the property of Smart Air UK or the donor
