"As a busy primary school, it is essential that any form of equipment being used in classrooms does not disrupt learning. We have found that the Smart Air Blasts currently being used in the school are quiet enough that teaching is generally not disrupted, even on the higher speed settings, helping us to try and improve air quality in a way that doesn't impact on learning. The devices themselves are incredibly easy to install and then use, with a very simple speed setting switch on the rear of each unit. We currently have children in charge of turning them on each day which really shows how simple they are to operate. Day to day, they require little maintenance, and the simple design also helps our staff to ensure they are switched on as it doesn't take a long time or disrupt their day - which is very busy! Each unit does create air flow from the front panel which is very useful on hotter days - additional air flow has helped to cool rooms which have south facing windows. The air flow itself can be directed easily by turning the device, ensuring that it does not impact on the children themselves. Overall we have found that the Smart Air Blasts are a very easy to use, not overly disruptive option for air purification in our school as well as offering relatively low running costs which are essential in the current educational climate of shrinking budgets."
