AMAZON deliveries: Please note that we do our own distribution on Amazon and the time-frame is identical to below, even though the content makes it seem quicker.
Deliveries to UK mainland are free of charge for orders over ยฃ20. Orders received by 10.30 am will be processed for courier collection the same day, otherwise it will be processed the next working day with weekend orders being processed on Monday.
All parcels will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service. However, the delivery time frame can range between 3 to 4 days, depending on when the order is collected from the warehouse.
Blast and Blast Mini units will be delivered via FedEx, and their filters will be dispatched using the APC service.
Bulk orders of Blast units will be delivered via a pallet service.
Once it is received in their depot, your order may be delivered the next day but it can take 2 to 3 working days. If your order has not been delivered within 5 working days of placing the order, please email [email protected] with your order number for assistance.
Once you receive the FedEx shipment, please inspect the condition of the air purifier or filters. If you notice any damages, please report them by sending images to [email protected] before 2 PM the following day. Claims reported after this time cannot be processed.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland
This is charged extra depending on the weight of the item you are purchasing. You can find out the cost when entering your postcode at checkout.
โRepublic of Ireland
For Republic of Ireland, please email [email protected]. Our arrangement is to distribute to UK only as HQ may be in discussions with another distributor for Ireland. If they are not, they will ask us if we can deliver but all Irish requests must come from HQ.
