有几个人问我，如果把净化器放在客厅里，那它能净化整间公寓吗？这样只要用一台净化器。而且，如果净化器在另一个房间，噪音也更小。
但是问题是，这样真的管用吗？即使卧室的门是关着的？
整间公寓测试
我在北京一间134平方米四居室的公寓做了测试。我用了定时器让“大胖”空气净化器每天晚上7点到早上7点开高档。
其中一间卧室的门总是开着，另外一间卧室总是关着门。在测试的中间，我调换了开着门和关着门的房间。两个卧室有镭豆空气测试仪，每分钟测PM2.5。（镭豆准吗？）
大胖是个强大的净化器。它每小时产生890立方米的清洁空气——这相当于同时开3个半BlueAir 203的最高档。
结果
经过9次测试，大胖降低了两个房间的PM2.5。但是，开着门的房间比关着门的房间多减少了18%的PM2.5。
这是说得通的，因为干净的空气可以更直接地进入开着门的房间。
然而，敞开大门也有不利的一面。在测试开始时，开着门的房间的PM2.5水平比关着门的房间高。
测试结束时，两个房间的PM2.5差不多。
PM2.5的反弹
在测试结束后的两个小时里，PM2.5在开着门的房间的反弹速度更快。
开着门的房间有更多的空气流动，这会让更多室外PM2.5进入房间。
这种快速的反弹与我们之前的测试结果是一致的：我们之前的测试发现，室外空气污染不断、快速地进入我们的家里。
这就是为什么我不建议运行净化器一段时间后就关掉它。
雾霾须知
•大胖空气进化器能够减少PM2.5，即使把它放在关着门的卧室外面。
•开着门的房间里，减少PM2.5比关着门的房间大18%。
•当然，如果把空气净化器放在卧室里面，对PM2.5的效果会更大。

Hello, I am planning to place a small air purifier next to my desk in an open plan office which has high PM2.5 levels. In your experience, will it create an area/bubble of clean air around me? I also plan to have a temtop monitor to see if effective. Thanks, and great info on the website
My Flat has a Living room. One bedroom. Bathroom. Kitchen. Small hallway. All this is within 42 sq metres. Would one air purifier be enough to cover this area.

How about if the central air conditioning is helping move the clean air around the house?
We have 3 small offices that re coonected into one long row – is it good enough to put a purifier into the middle office ? We have a middle office (about 12×18 feet) with doors on the right and left. The right office is larger at about 18×25, and the left office is about 18×18.
