在一间普通的卧室里，Sqair净化效果如何？
Sqair的净化能力在实验室里已经得到了充分证明。但我们还是想测试一下现实中，Sqair能否继续保持它“小身材，大能量”的优点。

我们在北京一间15㎡的卧室进行为期10天的测试。每天上午9点到晚上9点开启Sqair，期间卧室门窗关闭。
测量仪器方面，我们选择了二代镭豆来检测卧室的空气质量。它能够检测到PM2.5和PM10，和其它常见的空气污染颗粒物。
通过计算PM2.5、PM10的减少百分比（测试开始前房间内颗粒物浓度——结束后颗粒物浓度/100%）
以及最后四个小时颗粒物浓度的平均值，我们能对Sqair的净化能力进行更直观地评估。
结果—揭晓！
数据显示，Sqair平均减少了98.4%的PM2.5，98.3%的PM10！！
除此之外，10天的测试期里，有9天，Sqair在两小时内就去除了房间中所有的PM2.5！！
这是一个普通测试日房间内PM2.5浓度的记录表。
可以看到，Sqair一个小时内成功去除了房间内所有的PM2.5颗粒物。不断恶化的室外空气质量也没能影响到卧室里的情况。测试期间，只有一天，Sqair没能去除房间里所有的PM2.5。但那天室外空气质量非常糟糕，PM2.5浓度比往常测试时的两倍还要高！
其他测试发现，在户外空气质量很糟糕时，市面上几乎所有的空气净化器工作效果都会受影响。做这些测试时，北京市PM2.5浓度平均40.4微克/立方米，比WHO（世界卫生组织）给出的年均上限高出4倍！
Sqair vs 其他昂贵的空气净化器
跟那些昂贵的大品牌空气净化器较量时，Sqair表现如何呢？我们对其它大品牌空气净化器做了同样的测试。结果表明，Sqair的净化能力比不少空气净化器都强，甚至超过了价格比它高的Blue Air，Philips和IQ Air。

I am a bit frustrated that all these experiments and reviews are NOT based on high outdoor pollution levels, and that the Sqair specs do not mention a reference outdoor level, misleading me into purchasing the Sqair when I should’ve purchased something bigger.
The Sqair for me hasn’t been able to perform in a 15sqm room during high outdoor pollution running 24×7 on level 3, the highest fan setting. My CO2 remains well above 1200ppm sometimes edging closer to 2000ppm for occupancy of 2.5 (2 adults 1 infant), indicating the room has poor air exchange, so pollution isn’t “coming in” – the Sqair simply cannot deal with it.
It could barely manage less than 60 US AQI or 20ugm3 indoors when outdoors is around 125ugm3 or up to 200 US AQI. I purchased new replacement filters thinking that could be it, but no. My AirVisual Pro confirms the filter itself works, putting out clean air. The product page for Sqair mentions 40sqm room size, so I thought my 15sqm was well within the range.
On direct correspondence SmartAir support claimed lab test conditions of US AQI 500. A real-world condition of US AQI 200 then I would assume can be expected to be “cleaned” down to below US AQI 500. If so, should I take it that the SmartAir hasn’t been totally transparent about real-world performance? If I have to purchase something bigger for higher pollution, why isn’t that made clear in the specs?
Now I don’t know whether to get my Sqair serviced, in case it is the fan at fault (4.8m/s in a corner with a new filter), but I doubt that’s the case. It takes a long time to get support response but I’d like to make this issue known to the wider community. I’d very much like to be proven wrong!
I’d be interested to know if you also performed these tests with the air purifier set to ’medium’ and ’low’？
