Social Media Assistant

As a Social Media Assistant, you will work with our social media team to produce online content across our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc).
Some tasks you might be involved in include:
- Design infographics and create videos about topics related to Smart Air Bangladesh’s work (eg, Air pollution, climate change, air purifiers)
- Craft engaging social media posts to spread our message to a wider audience
- Evaluate our existing social media efforts to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct research and market analysis to drive social media engagement
The ideal volunteer would possess the following:
- Prior experience in social media or marketing roles
- Marketing and branding skills
- Ability to work independently
- Commitment to Smart Air’s mission and values
Workshop Organizer & Facilitator

Do you love working with people, especially children and young learners? Join Smart Air Bangladesh to educate communities and schools about clean air, health, and climate. As a Workshop Organizer, you’ll lead fun, hands-on sessions online or in your area to help people understand air pollution and how to fight it.

Some tasks you might be involved in include:
- Coordinate workshops with interested organizations, such as schools and companies
- Plan engaging workshops tailored to your local community
- Deliver workshops to a wide range of audiences
- Evaluate the effectiveness of these workshops and identify areas for improvement
- Reach out to groups in your local community to generate interest in clean air-related workshops
The ideal volunteer would possess the following:
- Experience with event organization and facilitation
- Experience working with local community groups
- Excellent communication skills and public speaking ability
- Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently
- Commitment to Smart Air’s mission and values
Air Quality Sensor Host

Want to make a real impact right from your home? Become a Sensor Host and help us fight air pollution with data!
By hosting an outdoor air-quality sensor at your home, school, or office, you’ll help us build Bangladesh’s first people-powered clean-air network. Your sensor keeps watch 24/7, turning invisible pollution into visible data that helps families, researchers, and policymakers take action. Join the movement. Be a guardian of clean air.
Some tasks you might be involved in include:
- Installing and positioning the sensor in a suitable outdoor location.
- Ensuring continuous power and Wi-Fi connectivity for uninterrupted data transmission.
- Periodically check the sensor’s status and functionality.
- Communicating with the support team if any technical issues arise.
The ideal volunteer would possess the following:
- Access to a reliable power source and Wi-Fi network.
- A suitable outdoor location for sensor installation (e.g., Permanent residence, balcony, rooftop, or yard)
- Basic technical literacy and comfort with Wi-Fi setup.
- A commitment to maintaining the sensor over an extended period.
- An interest in environmental issues and community well-being.
