General Manager
We are seeking a General Manager who will work directly alongside the Founder on building Smart Air Bangladesh to a local super brand for clean air, built to last and built to scale. The General Manager is close to every decision that matters, in a company where your contribution is visible and your share in the success is real. If you have spent your career building things in environments where the outcomes were genuinely yours to influence, this is that opportunity at a scale worth caring about.

Head of Marketing
We are seeking an Head of Marketing who will report to the General Manager and owns the marketing function, lead our marketing team, and independently drive the 3x revenue growth target. You will step into an organisation that is already accelerating with a running marketing strategy, a three-person team, and a campaign calendar are already in motion. Your mandate is to take command of what exists, close the critical gaps, and build the one marketing track that does not yet exist: institutional B2B. If your background is owning the marketing strategy together with your team, not assisting with it, then this role was written for you.

We are seeking a Finance and Account Manager who will report to the General Manager and own the finance and administration function and lead the team. You will help to professionalize our systems and build international-level standards for finance, procurement, and administration in order to make our company’s growth controlled, accountable, and built to last. If you are thorough, reliable, and take pride in building clean systems from the ground up, you will feel right at home here.
