Where local Smart Air partners and distributors exist, Smart Air provides warranties for units (1 year) and purifiers (30 days).
Items purchased through our Global Store and shipped internationally would need to be shipped back to mainland China to be covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs both ways for this. We know, this doesn’t sound great. However the costs of shipping the product back to China, repair it and paying for any import taxes in the process typically ends up being more expensive than the item itself!
The good news is; we use simple, reliable designs for all our air purifiers. We rarely see breakdowns or issues, so you can rest assured that the likelihood of your purifier needing a repair of replacement will be low.
