If your product needs repairing or replacing from Hong Kong, you would need to ship your product back to mainland China (typically Shenzhen) for repair. We cannot cover the costs for shipping from Hong Kong to mainland China, or any import taxes that may occur.
However, we use simple, reliable designs for all our air purifiers. We rarely see breakdowns or issues, so you can rest assured that the likelihood of your purifier needing a repair of replacement will be low.
