What Gym-Goers Should Know About Air Quality in the Gym?

We did some tests in Beijing’s gyms in 2018. On average, PM2.5 levels in the gyms were only 55% of outdoor air. Although gyms have lower PM2.5 than outdoor air, gym air is often still far over the safe limit. It is good to have a particle counter to test out the gym air on a polluted day before deciding which gym is safe to go to.
