Please check things below first:
1. Is the unit fully charged? Low batteries can cause the airflow to reduce as they run out of charge.
2. Is your HEPA filter inserted correctly? Double check the HEPA filter is inserted the right way into the purifier.
3. Past designs of the QT3 had a gap between the HEPA filter and sides. Whilst this was an intentional design to increase airflow, we received feedback from people about unfiltered air passing the filters. As such, we re-designed the QT3 to close these gaps – it reduces the airflow but ensures that all the air coming out of the QT3 is filtered. Does your QT3 have the gaps closed? Perhaps this explains the reduction in airflow. More info here: https://smartairfilters.com/en/blog/improving-the-qt3-portable-air-purifier-for-covid-19-protection/
