Yes! Putting the Blast sideways, and laying it on its side will not affect its ability to clean the air. Placing the Blast sideways can be useful for certain situations where a tall unit will not fit into the space.
Note however, that you should make sure to maintain a distance between the Blast and the wall behind to ensure maximum air quality.
